The most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years, and this was my first time trying this place after my sister and a few friends had been here. The technician who did my shellac manicure left my nails looking like they had been painted by a child. When I politely pointed out the issues and asked if she could fix them, she blamed the nail polish color I chose and even my nails instead of addressing the poor workmanship. At the end of my appointment, I simply asked for her name so I could provide feedback. She refused to tell me at first and kept saying that “everyone here is nice.” I wasn’t talking about anyone else. I was only asking for her name. After asking several times, she finally said her name was Crystal, although I’m not even sure if that’s her real name. She has short reddish pink hair. I’m very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the technician’s attitude. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to others. If I can give 0 I would!!!!

PUBLIC HEATH ALERT! I purchased my daughter a manicure at this location and they ground and filed her natural nails down so far that she was in pain, her real nails peeled off and she ended up with bleeding and infection in her fingers. She could not even touch a keyboard or close her hand for weeks. We have reported them to the Health Department. They should be shut down. The staff person was not properly trained.

if there was zero star, I would give. I tried to give this place a chance many times and each time, it gets worst. I paid $50 for regular french gel on my natural nails. There were already short, and the lady chose the hardest grit nail filer to just file my nailtips all the down to bare skin. she cut my cuticles and ALL the skin on my fingers to the point I could not stand hot water or do anything with my fingers without pain. They cannot do french tips. The lines are crooked and not straight at all. I had to go back to get my thumb fixed and even then, it was still bad. I wonder if these people have eye problems and cannot see how bad they do nails. This place is THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my lifetime and it needs to be shut down. Health canada inspectors need to go to that place because their hygiene practices are dangerous to the public. Please Stay away from this place. And DO NOT let the skinny lady with the short pink/purple hair and glasses touch your hands at ANY COST.

I recently went to this salon for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As someone who graduated as a nail artist last year, I understand the proper process, hygiene, and standards for nail services, and the service I received was far below expectations. The staff member who worked on my nails did not properly clean or prep my nails. She filed my nails and immediately started applying product without even asking me to wash my hands or properly removing the dust. I honestly had to ask if the service was already finished because everything felt rushed and incomplete. When I questioned it, her response was unprofessional and disrespectful. Another thing that really concerned me was the hygiene. The tools and files she was using looked already used, and even after I asked if they were new, she responded very aggressively. As a nail artist myself, I would never reuse nail files or certain tools on multiple clients because hygiene and sanitation are extremely important. Unfortunately, she continued using the same items anyway, which made me very uncomfortable. This is how bad my nails are damaged at this point. At the end of the appointment, I explained calmly that I was unhappy with the service and did not feel it was worth the full amount. However, instead of trying to understand my concerns, she became defensive and insisted I pay the full price. Out of respect, and because there were many people around, I decided not to make a scene and paid anyway even though I was extremely unhappy with the service. What upset me the most was that she tried to take photos of my hands without my consent. I clearly said no multiple times, but she still grabbed my hand forcefully and tried to take pictures. I had to physically pull my hand away because she was squeezing my fingers very hard. That situation made me very uncomfortable and crossed a professional boundary. Overall, I paid almost $60 for a service that was poorly done and an experience that felt disrespectful, uncomfortable, and unhygienic. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and respecting clients’ boundaries are extremely important.

Usually great! This time I had the lady with short purple hair. Flooded my nail beds I pointed it out and she used the clippers to pull the shellac from my nail beds clipping my finger multiple times and still it’s lifting immediately Sealed my nail with colour and top coat as she should but then went on to file the whole way around my nail removing the seal and giving it a really messy look My nails are different shapes and lengths the polish is bumpy and has grit in it I come here every month and this was by far the worst! I will never have that lady do them again!
